li Rothrock

rothrock is an artist who lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona. Her research focuses on the disconnections endemic to diaspora, the inheritances our families leave us, and the ways these haunt our futures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics with a minor in Fine Art from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. Selected solo exhibitions include ¿Te Ubicas?, The Arts + Literature Laboratory, Madison, WI, 2021; and With:, Multicultural Arts Center, Cambridge, MA, 2021. Her work appeared in Glamour Magazine’s 2017 September edition.

Since 2022, she has been a member of the artist collective #ArtistsWhoVote, and her work with them has been featured in Vice News and Al Jazeera. She is currently a Master of Fine Arts candidate in the photography program at Arizona State University.
